Crafted from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the case is remarkably lightweight yet exceptionally tough — making it easy to carry without compromising protection. Thanks to its advanced material properties, the CoreTrek is not only impact-resistant but also buoyant, enabling it to float on water when necessary.


Designed for speed and clarity in high-stakes situations, the CoreTrek features Rapid Emergency Access, allowing users to open the case and use the AED pads immediately — with no need to remove the device.

  • DOUBLE-LAYERED PROTECTION (IP66) 

     Both the CoreTrek and compatible AEDs (iPAD CU-SPR, iPAD CU-SPx) are rated IP66 — offering superior resistance against water and dust. On top of that, the CoreTrek features a two-step locking mechanism that creates an extra-tight seal, enhancing its ability to block out moisture, debris, and harsh  environmental elements. It’s protection on top of protection — designed for the unpredictable. Even the iPAD CU-SP1, which is rated IP55, achieves enhanced protection when paried with the CoreTrek case. Together, they form a perfect combination, providing an IP66-level defense against harsh environments and overcoming the iPAD CU-SP1's lower standalong protection rating.   • Exceeds Industry Safety Standards 

     While standard AEDs, including CU Medical’s models, are drop-tested at 1.2 meters, the CoreTrek has been independently drop-tested at 1.7 meters to ensure robust external protection. Combined with the internal shock-absorbing soft foam, the integrated system provides triple-layer impact defense — effectively withstanding the equivalent of drops from over 3 meters in total impact resistance.

     The CoreTrek hard case is designed for fast action in critical moments. In an emergency, there’s no need to remove the AED from the case — simply open the lid and access the electrode pads right away. This smart design minimizes delays and allows responders to begin life-saving treatment immediately, helping to save precious seconds when every moment counts.
