Since the inauguration of CEO Kim, the company has focused on improving its constitution and reorganizing its governance structure to focus on growth.

"We are the only domestic company supplying AEDs to Japan, which is notorious for being picky. Furthermore, the reason we can export to a total of 79 countries is because of our thorough quality control."

These are the words expressed by Kim Hyung-soo, CEO of CU Medical Systems (hereafter CU Medical), expressing his confidence in quality control at an overseas buyer invitation event held at the Wonju factory on the 11th. This time, CU Medical invited overseas buyers and revealed its entire manufacturing process.

Its performance is also stable. It records annual sales of 30 to 40 billion won. It has also been consistently recording operating profits. As of last year, sales and operating profits were 41.8 billion won and 4.9 billion won, respectively. As of the first half of this year, sales and operating profits were 21 billion won and 4.2 billion won, respectively, achieving an operating profit rate of 20% for a manufacturing company.

CU Medical recently completed the reorganization of its management structure. Initially, Daegwang Healthcare controlled CU Medical through Xcure, but it separated Xcure and now has more direct control than before.

CEO Kim said, “I think CU Medical’s growth is just beginning,” and “We will focus solely on expanding performance through new product launches and active sales.”
